- How to get a hold of me: Email is the best way to reach me to make changes or communicate. Just reach out at [email protected]. When we get down to the final 30 days prior to THE day, you should totally feel comfy-cozy with texting or calling if you need anything at all! I'm HERE for YOU!
- Availability: Everything with La Bella and The Beat can be done via video chat or over the phone but if you want to meet in person, just let me know. Most of my meetings are weekday evenings. Weekend meetings are typically not available due to event schedules. Check out the calendar RIGHT HERE!
- Emails from LBATB: You will get various emails along the way from [email protected]. PLEASE add that address to your contacts list so you don't miss anything important and/or time sensitive. Some are reminders to do things like fill out your questionnaires, others are offering an amazing service you may not know you needed, and others are tips/helpful info. I like to stay in touch! One last thing, you will probably get an email from me AFTER the wedding/event as well requesting some feedback via Google/The Knot/WeddingWire/etc., and I LOVE reviews (hint hint, wink wink, nudge nudge).
- Sample wedding timeline: Below you’ll find a link for a sample timeline. Every wedding/event is different and I will do whatever you’d like. There is no right or wrong way to do anything when it comes to building your wedding experience. This is simply what I have found works best in most scenarios.

- Arrival/set-up: On your wedding/event day, I typically arrive about 2 to 3 hours before the event. I want everything looking nice, neat, and ready rock before guests arrive.
- Requirements: As per the contract, I don’t need much-typically, a sheltered workspace with access to plenty of safe and reliable power will suffice. -I'm easy!
- Gratuities: Tipping is totally up to you! I typically see 10-20% tips if the DJ was stupendous.
- The Music: OF COURSE, this is the most important thing to me, heck, this IS a DJ company! You'll be receiving access to your mobile music planning app soon. If you already have some stuff stored in Spotify, feel free to share it with me directly or just wait to import it when you start working with the app! -Don't forget to invite your guests to take part in the fun! ***You are, by NO MEANS, expected to provide me with a list of 5 hours+ worth of tunes! I want you to be as involved in this element as you'd like. A short list of MUST-PLAY/DO-NOT PLAY songs is more than enough to get me started on curating the best music experience that is unique to you and your partner's desired vibes. I want you to have fun with this!
